Air France-KLM Cargo and Traxon Europe have achieved full integration of all existing e-communication processes.
This is a vital step towards further process integration for Air France-KLM Cargo, says Eelco van Asch, vice president of marketing, communication & e-distribution. "From now, we will control and manage all e-communication processes worldwide exclusively via Traxon, an important stepping stone for our ambitious e-development roadmap."
The advantages of such integration are clear: the need for only one contact, a single interface and, consequently, one-stop shopping and more efficient customer-oriented e-communication processes.
The decision was based on Air France Cargo's record of successful co-operation with KLM Cargo and Traxon. KLM Cargo has already been using Traxon as a provider in various markets since 1994.
